This proposal was done with the goal to inquire to how a teacher training allows to a pedagogical reflexion to incorporate to the educative practice digital available resources at the school. The Project was created due to some weaknesses got by a survey and some classes’ observations of some schools teachers who showed the lack of ICTs incorporation to the pedagogical process. Because of this situation was proposed a training strategy for the teachers of the school, it was based on the pedagogical reflexion backed up by the teacher’s role to deal the ICTs integration to the pedagogical work.
