| dc.description.abstract | La investigación presentada destaca la importancia del fortalecimiento de tres competencias ciudadanas: Empatía, asertividad y pensamiento crítico, mediante el diseño y la implementación de una propuesta pedagógica, que pretende reducir las agresiones físicas y verbales de los estudiantes de los grados Transición 02 de la I.E.D. Sierra Morena, y de los grados 301 y 502 de la I.E.D. Unión Europea, localidad 19 de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. La investigación parte desde la caracterización del contexto y la población que interviene en el desarrollo de la propuesta. Se trabajó bajo un enfoque metodológico cualitativo a través de la investigación-acción pretendiendo observar y analizar los comportamientos, vivencias y experiencias de los estudiantes, registradas en los observadores de los estudiantes, se continuó haciendo un recorrido por los antecedentes del problema destacando los episodios de agresividad que presentan los estudiantes durante su paso por el preescolar y la primaria, soportando nuestro trabajo en un marco teórico basado en la revisión de proyectos y propuestas a nivel internacional, nacional, regional, local e institucional y los conceptos de las tres competencias ciudadanas a trabajar. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The proposed research stands out the importance to strengthen the three civic skills: empathy, assertiveness and critical thinking, through design and the implementation of a pedagogical proposal that pretends to reduce the physical and verbal aggressions among students of kindergarten at Sierra Morena public school, the third-one and fifth-two grades at Union Europea public school, locality 19th of Bogota. The research starts from the characterization of the context and population that are involved in the proposal development. We worked according to qualitative methodological approach through the action-research pretending to observe and analyze the behaviors and experiences of the students recorded on the student observer. Later, we continue doing a tour of the problem background highlighting aggressions events that the students present during the kindergarten and basic primary school grades. Our work was based on a theoretical framework according to national, international, regional, local and institutional projects, in addition to the three civic skills concepts. The research is structured from the three phases: first phase is the diagnostic test and entrance examination, the second phase is the implementation of the pedagogical proposal, and the third phase is the final test, exit examination and the analysis of results. The tools that we used for the recorded of data and implementation were designed for the researchers and validated for two professional through evaluation matrices. These were: record of physical and verbal aggressions in the classroom format , they were observed during one week, these one were called diagnostic test before the implementation and final test after it. The entrance examination showing the level of the competition to work that has the student, after the implementation we call it exit examination, in addition to this we use the implementation of the proposal, activities for each grade according to the civic skills to strengthen: kindergarten (empathy), third grade (assertiveness), fifth grade (critical thinking) and a field diary with the records of the activities developed in this thesis. When we finished the proposal implementation was evident the reduction of aggressions events between the three grades students and the increased of civic skills levels after their strengthening. | spa |
